PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
All LINKAGE jewelry is built to order. Online orders (wholesale excluded) typically ship via UPS within 6 business days from date placed. Expedited online orders are built within 3 business days and then shipped using your choice of expedited shipping.
EXCHANGE & REPAIR POLICY
LINKAGE does not accept returns but will happily exchange any unworn items within 21 days from receipt. When exchanging your items, please be sure to exchange for an item(s) of equal or greater value. All custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. You may only cancel an order only if your pieces have not yet been produced. All damages or shipment discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment; either by phone or email.
Please email patinapiano@gmail.com to get your RA number and instructions on how to send your item in for exchange. All exchanges must be shipped alongside their RA form with the correct information completed. One exchange allowed per order.
LINKAGE is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when exchanging an item.
Important: LINKAGE does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. LINKAGE is not responsible for lost shipments.
REPAIRS
We stand by our product and are happy to repair it.
• Within the first year of purchase (order confirmation required): LINKAGE will repair it free of charge, no questions asked.
• After the first year of purchase (order confirmation required): A minimum $35 repair fee will be charged.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. Depending on the situation, LINKAGE may or may not cover the cost of shipping it back to the customer. Upon receipt, should it be determined the item is beyond repair, a replacement a fee will be quoted on a case by case basis. After one year of purchase, LINKAGE will only replace an item for suggested retail price. If customer tries to repair item themselves, or takes item to an outside jeweler for repair, warranty is no longer valid.
